Artificial intelligence is powerful.Engineering makes it useful.

Our AI and software engineering capabilities work together to turn emerging technology into reliable, scalable, production-ready systems. Plenty of companies advertise AI. Far fewer can engineer it into software that carries real business load.

  1. Data

    Audited, piped and made AI-ready.

  2. Intelligence

    Models, agents and retrieval, measured.

  3. Software

    Production applications, APIs and integrations.

  4. Product

    Deployed, secured and observable.

  5. Impact

Performing against outcomes agreed in writing.

A dedicated AI engineering team is built alongside the software team from day one, with equal standing in every engagement. One accountable team owns the data, the model, the application and the cloud.

AI-native,not AI-added.

Our lifecycle runs through AI evaluation, security review, deployment and monitoring. Milestones are tied to written acceptance criteria and evaluation results, not to hours delivered.

Production,not a demo.

Senior technical architects design your system and stay close to it. You talk to the people who build, not to layers of account management.

Senior-led,focused delivery.

Intellectual Property Counsel is part of our team from the outset. NDA and IP assignment are signed before any technical exchange, and code lives in your repositories from day one. All five design choices

Your code.Your IP.

Built for production, not prototypes.

Every engagement follows the same eleven-stage lifecycle. Each stage ends in a written deliverable you can inspect, question and approve, so you judge progress on evidence, not on a final reveal.

Our definition of done

A demo that impresses in a meeting is where most AI work stops. We define done as running in production and performing against thresholds agreed in advance, then monitored and improved.

A demo proves an idea. We deliver systems that are done: in production and measured.

About Ceylon Labs AI

A hand-coloured 1686 map of Ceylon, titled Ancienne Isle Taprobane
“Ancienne Isle Taprobane”, Alain Manesson Mallet, 1686.

Ceylon Labs AI is an internationally focused artificial intelligence and software engineering company, established in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Ancient mapmakers called the island Taprobane; the world later knew it as Ceylon. We carry the name because we intend to build from here, for everywhere. Our model is export-oriented: a specialized AI engineering team and a software engineering team in one organization, so international clients engage a single partner for AI development, intelligent products, enterprise applications, data engineering, cloud-native systems and digital transformation. We are a newly established company and we say so plainly. We ask to be judged on our delivery system, our legal foundations as registered company PV00256019, and the written work we put in front of you at every stage. Let’s build something that ships.
