Who we are

CEYLON LABS AI (Pvt) Ltd (Reg. No. PV00256019), headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka, operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described here.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, organization, email address, an optional link, the options you select and any message you write. If you apply for a role, you can also attach a CV (PDF or Word .docx, up to 4 MB). It is sent by email to our recruitment team and is not stored on this website.

Our servers record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request) to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse of the contact form.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, to discuss a potential engagement, partnership or role, and to keep a record of that correspondence.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers, so there is nothing for you to accept or decline.

To keep automated spam out of our inbox, the contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs only on that form, only to tell people from bots, and is not used for advertising or to follow you across other sites.

If optional analytics are ever introduced, we will ask for your permission first. They will stay off unless you allow them, and your choice will be remembered in your browser.

Sharing

We use a small number of service providers to host this website and deliver email. They process data on our behalf under contract and only as needed to provide their service.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry correspondence only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent, or as required by law. The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers, and access to inquiries is restricted to the people who need it. Our security page describes these practices in more detail.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to ceosahan@ceylonlabsai.com and we will respond promptly.
